CNN aired a report May 26 on Vince Cefalu, a special agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, who says he experienced retaliation by the agency after he filed several grievances and an age-discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
